Raízes de Fátima has partnered with Carla Barbosa Rocha, who has been “researching” this part of Jacinta’s life for over 5 years and recently released the book A Viagem de Jacinta. Together, we will take you through this fascinating story, rich in surprising details!
Jacinta, who had never left her hometown, bravely undertook a journey to Lisbon despite being very ill. She went directly to an orphanage until enough money was raised for her treatment at the Rainha D. Estefânia Pediatric Hospital, where she eventually passed away. During her time in Lisbon, Our Lady appeared to her multiple times…
Although her time in Lisbon was short, the Little Shepherdess Jacinta left us with the powerful truth that everything can change when we are touched by the light of God.
Canonized by Pope Francis in 2017, Jacinta is undeniably a shining role model for all.
We have thoughtfully designed a heartfelt 90-minute experience at the Orphanage where Saint Jacinta Marto (now a Convent of Clarisse Nuns) resided, allowing you to immerse yourself in this moving story alongside Carla Barbosa Rocha.
Get in touch with us, and we will be delighted to welcome you.
If people knew what eternity is, they would do everything to change their Lives.
